Fasting in the holy name of Jesus Christ Purifies the body,Mind and Spirit.Fasting with the prayer and meditation erases the 
Person's Sins.I do one day fasting in a year 
and Fasting boosts my Spirit.Fasting with Prayer and Meditation experiences the miracles and shows the miracles.In Fasting,You Commend your Spirit to Father God through the Jesus's holy Spirit.
I advice to Christians that do fasting under the Green Tree 🎄.There is the peace under the Green tree 🎄.If you do meditation under green tree 🎄 in the 'holy Spirit of Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit of God ' ,This Meditation boosts the Power of Spirit in the holy Spirit of God through the lord Jesus's holy Spirit.Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ provides miraculous power to the Spirit through our Father God.
Omniscient,omnipotent and omnipresent father god enlightens the Spirit through the lord Jesus's Spirit.From Childhood to oldhood,Spirit depends On the Supreme Spirit,Supreme being Father God.Omniscient,Omnipotent,Omnipresent,Supreme Spirit and Supreme being Father God helps the Person's Spirit every time.
One day fasting in the holy Spirit of Jesus Christ erases the all person's sins.
Christains must do these activities during Fasting period under purified Green Tree 🎄,
1) Prayer
2) Meditation
3)Prayer with holy rosary
4) Meditation with holy rosary
5) Recite the name of  ' Lord Jesus Christ and Father god ' on Holy rosary
